Install: 
* Copy CAB file to device
* Disable TouchFlo 3D - Start > Settings > Today > Items
* Install CAB file to Main memory
* Soft reset if not told to do so

** NOTE ** This theme is only a graphic replacement for the stock Verizon (CDMA) TouchFlo 3D theme and does not add any other functionality.

I have only tested this out on the Verizon TouchPro 2 (*CDMA-WVGA*) but may work with other devices.
